Exploring Neurodiversity, Mindfulness, and Creativity

As a neurodivergent creative and integrative coach, I work with artists, performers, writers, musicians, and innovators to help them move past blocks, reconnect with their creative flow, and bring their ideas into reality. My approach is strengths-based and identity-affirming, blending personal lived experience with professional training.

I specialize in supporting creatives who identify as ADHD, autistic, or otherwise neurodivergent, recognizing both the challenges and the unique strengths that come with divergent thinking. Together, we explore the intersections of creativity, focus, and self-expression, using practical tools to overcome perfectionism, procrastination, and burnout.

Drawing on an integrative toolkit of solution-focused coaching, mindfulness practices, and creativity-centered strategies, I help clients find balance between structure and inspiration. My background as both a stage performer and creative professional brings energy and engagement into sessions, creating a supportive environment where breakthroughs can happen.

Creative inspiration is always there, but blocks like self-doubt, perfectionism, and overwhelm can make it feel out of reach. My coaching helps you rediscover that spark while also giving you practical tools and support to work through the obstacles that get in the way. The goal is not only to find new momentum, but to build a creative process that feels sustainable, freeing, and true to you.

About Matt

Matt Packard is a multi-instrumentalist, producer, and recording artist best known for his project Matthew Nowhere. With over seventy original songs and seven albums, he brings decades of experience in creative process and emotional storytelling.

He has also spent more than a decade performing as a professional mentalist, entertaining audiences at corporate events, private gatherings, and on stage. This work sharpened his skills in communication, storytelling, and presence — abilities he now shares with clients to help them express their own voices with confidence.

A lifelong student of Eastern philosophy and contemplative traditions, Matt draws inspiration from Advaita Vedanta, Bhakti Yoga, and Buddhism. His coaching integrates these influences with mindfulness and creativity, offering practical ways to connect inner insight with everyday life.

With over ten years of experience in natural health and wellness, Matt brings an interest in holistic approaches — from supplements and herbs to lifestyle practices — that support mental health and creativity.

As an artist, performer, and coach, Matt understands both the spark of inspiration and the challenges of bringing inner visions to life. He helps clients not only overcome obstacles but also reconnect with the joy and meaning that make creative work worth doing.

We acknowledge that the Nisenan people are still here among us today though nearly invisible. We understand that we are on Nisenan land that was never ceded, and the original tribal families have yet to recover from the near genocide of their people. As a resident or visitor in Nisenan land, we support the Nevada City Rancheria Nisenan tribe in efforts to stabilize their people as well as their campaign to restore federal recognition. For more information and to support the Tribe visit Nisenan.org.
