Executive functioning coaching focuses on structure, accountability, and implementation support in academic, professional, and personal contexts.

If executive functioning challenges are related to ADHD, anxiety, or another diagnosable condition requiring clinical treatment, psychotherapy may be more appropriate.

Creative coaching supports individuals engaged in creative, entrepreneurial, or project-based work.

Creative coaching is growth-oriented and process-focused. It does not involve diagnosis, treatment of mental health conditions, or medical necessity criteria.

Creative coaching services are facilitated by Matt Packard, who brings experience in creative process development, structured project support, and professional artistic practice.
Creative coaching is separate from psychotherapy services provided by Denita (Aurora) Packard, LCSW.

Retreats and intensives are structured, self-pay experiences designed for reflection, strategic planning, and personal or creative development.

Retreat offerings are not psychotherapy and are not reimbursable through insurance.

Trainings & Educational Offerings
Trainings and workshops are available for schools, organizations, and community groups seeking education on neurodivergence, executive functioning, emotional regulation, and burnout.
